Shiori definitely has them! Only she is very unlikely to express her true feelings and puts their wishes in front of her own so she wouldn't be hated. She probably only notices half the time but she doesn't let others step into her territory easily and will take steps back to get away.
It will probably take a lot of time or someone very stubborn to break her shell. Or maybe someone who is insightful will notice that Shiori forces herself to smile half the time and pushes her emotions away. She doesn't talk about herself often and finds it kind of hard since she doesn't think she has anything interesting to say.
Even then, if she thinks she is a friend of someone, she will be dedicated and try to help out or go along with whatever wild adventures they want to go on. Trusting is just a different issue for Shiori.

There might be some that see her as kind of superficial since she pretends to be more cheerful than she is and does not quite stand up for herself at times. That being said, Shiori wouldn't go out of her way to make enemies. Her general policy is to just avoid anyone she dislikes or anyone who dislikes her.
On the side note, her family is a traditional and olden one with connections to Yamazaki. It wouldn't be strange if someone hated her just by connection.

Shiori kind of wishes she was in a relationship with someone --- or more specifically, she wishes that some prince will swept her off her feet on a white horse. She has definitely had a crush on one or two guys before but she never did anything. It isn't really in her personality to actively chase someone or flirt and just watch from afar once in a while.
She likes the idea of romance, however, she doesn't even know the start of it. Compliments and balant flirting thrown at her face will be rejected by her own trust issues, leaving her skeptical of all of it.
It will probably need a rather direct approach for Shiori's heart.

Stepbrother?

Shiori's birth mother divorced a long time ago and remarried to another man who brought along his own child. She doesn't remember a thing of her time and marriage in the Yasaka family because of all the grief so she forgot about Shiori as well. The stepbrother will have no blood relation with Shiori but she still sees him as a brother because she loves her mother still.
He will hold bad feelings for the Yasaka family because his stepmother was in a pretty bad shape until the recent years. Unfortunately, Shiori resembles his mother and his (half) little sister enough that he definitely knows that who Shiori is and feels rather mixed about the whole affair. On one hand, he wants nothing of Yasaka near his family yet Shiori was harmless --- and maybe even too lonely.
As for Shiori, sometimes she stalks their neighbourhood to sneak a glimpse of her mother (which he will notice). She doesn't want to accidentally trigger any memories in her mother's subconsciousness so she can't go near. Which is kind of why she is torn between wanting to get closer to him and stay away to keep their peace. Deep inside, Shiori wished she has a family like her stepbrother does.
I'm thinking of awkward brother-sister relationship and one where Shiori can't really smile out of her way. They will go to the same school and have classes with each other.
