To the very north of Nazo is the Yamazaki Shrine, the home of the Yamazaki family and a place with many rumors surrounding it. There's a strict no trespassing rule in place unless on business or if you're there for shrine business.

outskirts
Anywhere outside the city proper can be considered to be a part of its outskirts. Unlike the edges of most cities, the Nazo Outskirts can't be called rural by any definition of the word. Most of the area is made up of empty warehouses and buildings scheduled to be demolished. Despite this, there's a large presence of people - mostly amateur detectives as this is the perfect place to find mysteries. Just make sure you don't wander into the Yamazaki family's personal property. You might not return.
